Check-in details:
The guide will be at the tour meeting point 10 minutes before starting time.
What to bring:

• Comfortable clothes
• Dress appropriately for the weather
Cancellations:
Customers will receive a full refund (minus any applicable booking fees) if canceled at least 72 hours before the start of the activity. A cancellation between 71h - 48h before the tour gives you 75% of your money back. 50% of the money back if you cancel between 47h-25h before the tour. No refund possible if you cancel your tour within 24h before the tour due to us needing to pay our guides and suppliers.
Customers will also receive a full refund in the event of cancellation by operators due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. In case of cancellation, contact support@biljettkiosken.se to cancel your booking. No-shows will be charged at full rate.
