1. Placing an order
When ordering tickets via Biljettkiosken a order confirmation is sent by e-mail.
Save your order confirmation in case you need to contact our customer service.
2. Ticket delivery
Your tickets will be delivered shortly after your registration is completed.
Each ticket is sent as a text message to the provided cell phone number, and/or e-mailed to the person placing the order.
If you experience delivery problems you must contact customer service well in advance of the event.
3. Lost ticket
If a ticket is lost we can deliver it again.

4. Cancellation
If you need to cancel your attendance, please contact customer service.
