The year is 1320 and the estate of Getnö Gård appears in the historic documents for the first time. The knight and nobleman Håkan Jonsson Läma owns the farm. He is the first known owner of the estate located in the southern parts of the Åsnen Lake, Småland.
Join the knight on a historic adventure through the history of Getnö farm. Experience Getnö and hear about life back in the medieval days throughout modern times. Hear about old fortresses, bishop residencies, noblemen, peasants, knights, wolf-attacks in the 1800s, old boats made of oak, farming in the medieval times, farming products and tools back in the days, and much more.
Listen to exciting historic stories and anecdotes told in an inspiring and interactive way by the knight Håkan Jonsson Läma.
Place: Getnö gård, Ryd - the tour starts outside the reception at Getnö.
Price: 240SEK/person + service fee 15SEK.
