Vera Dreams of the Sea was this year's winner-film of The Ingmar Bergman International Debut Award. Awarded jointly by the Bergman Week and Göteborg Film Festival since 2007. In a complex Kosovo a newly widowed woman gets a glimpse of hope as their cottage’s market value has soared thanks to motorway works.
